Description

Installation of new external play space to the new SEN unit. Part replacement of existing retaining wall and low level welded mesh fence with new retaining wall and acoustic fence around the play space on Westleigh Avenue, and fence to match existing in other places along a small area of Westleigh Avenue and Cortis Terrace. Minor landscaping works such as removal of existing pond outside SEN entrance and relocation to redundant land away from pupils, installation of a new canopy over SEN entrance with new surfacing below and adjacent, and small fencing works to replace existing low level metal fence with low level picket fence and gate.
