TPO 102/1988 T1:Lime tee (Tilia Europaea) EX T2: Holm Oak (Quercus Ilex) , T3: Holm Oak (Quercus Ilex) , T4: Horse Chesnut (Aesculus Hippocastanum) , T5: Horse Chesnut (Aesculus Hippocastanum) , T6: Lime tee (Tilia Europaea) - Prune all trees by 1m. The proposed work involves pruning the trees by 1 meter. This is necessary because the large trees at 166 Roehampton Lane severely obscure the view of the building from the public road and pavement, creating a significant barrier. The dense canopies of these trees make the area below dark and private, making the building difficult to see from the road and hard to recognize as public. Images can be found in the attached design and access statment. Additionally, all the trees on the site have tree preservation orders.
