T1 Bay Laurel (Laurus Nobilis) Existing tree 6m high 3.6m crown diameter. Healthy condition. Reduce tree to to 3.5m height and crown diameter 1.5m as basis for future maintenance and to reduce shading. T2 Flowering Cherry (Prunus Serrulata) Existing tree 5m high 3.5-4.0m crown diameter, previously lopped. Healthy condition Reduce tree to 3m and 3m crown diameter as basis for future maintenance and to reduce shading. T3 Leyland Cypress (Leylandii) Existing tree 4m 1.5m crown diameter. Unhealthy, stressed and suffering dieback. Remove tree. T4 Common Yew (Taxus Baccata) Existing tree 3.5m high 3-4m crown diameter. Healthy condition but conflict with mature fig tree neighbouring property. Reduce tree to 2.5m and 1.8m crown diameter as basis for future maintenance and prevent damage to neighbouring tree.
