TPO 53/1984 - T240 (T0602 on application) Sycamore - Repollard. Close proximity to building. Originally historically pollarded at around 4-5m, then again at approx 12m. Habitat holes in stems indicating dysfunctional wood. Causing issues with light and encroachment to adjacent properties. No significant defects observed. Starting height 18m, spread 11m, reduce to 4 - 5m or to the nearest pollard point.
