T1 Oak - Remove all deadwood throughout the crown. - Reduce from the neighbouring property to allow a minimum of 3 metres of clearance between the tree and the building. - Reduce over the neighbouring property by approx. 2.5 metres as the crown heavily overhangs their roof (see illustrated image). T2 Fig -Re-reduce the crown back to the previous pruning points. T3 Magnolia - Re-reduce all aspects of the crown back to the previous pruning points.
