(T1) -Goldenrain Tree(Koelreuteria panculata)-recent large limb failure-evidence of heartwood decay -section fell to ground level -grind out stump(30cm diameter) to 350mm below ground level (T2) -Magnolia(M.soulangea) -reduce crown by 25%(1.3m) to suitable growth points -reduce lateral branch length to match(1.3m) -thin crown by 12% removing all finer epicormic branch growth -reduce low out bound branch by 1.5m retaining section parallel to street ONLY On front boundary with No.60 (T3) -Apple(Malus)-grown longitudinally -reduce crown height by up to 1.5m to suitable growth points -reduce both sides to previous reduction points -thin crown by 15% to allow more light/air through canopy T2 & T3 works are for routine maintenance. T1 works are due to recent large limb failure and evidence of heartwood decay. T1 is in poor condition.
