Reduce any overlong and overweight side limbs overhanging Penner Close. T4- Ash: Remove lowest side limb overhanging car parking spaces in Penner Close. T5- Lombardy Poplar: Reduce three uppermost leaders overhanging car parking spaces in Penner Close back into main canopy outline.
