Non-material amendment to planning permission dated 26/06/2023 ref 2023/1069 (Demolition of existing side extension and erection of two-storey dwellinghouse plus basement and accommodation within roof.) to allow revisions to designed layout: Basement layout altered: back wall (part) extended out, lightwell back wall pulled in, lightwell size increased and stair added from basement to rear garden, roof light to basement added. Ground floor revised: rear wall pulled in over lightwell and stair below. Glazing altered to suit. 1st Floor: Flue to rear flat roof from stove below removed, roof shape of rear flat roof altered. Loft Floor: side of rear dormer chamfered. Front pitch roof light moved centrally and enlarged.
