Non-material amendment to planning permission dated 29/10/2018 ref 2018/3197 (Alterations including erection of mansard roof extension to main rear roof (with French doors and safety railings) and excavation to enlarge basement including formation of front and rear lightwells with grille over. Erection of single-storey side extension and first floor rear extension. (Revised plans showing reduced scheme).) to allow the omission of steps to rear of basement; one internal staircase and move rear lightwell. Omission of rooflight at ground floor and propose two in decreased size; external walls finish spect and design of doors with sidelights to garden. Alter the design of rear windows and parapet at attic level and reduce the number of rooflights on the main elevation.
