Description
Proposed removal of a very overgrown holly tree (see drawing) gradually increased in size from original garden shrub. The trunk has damaged the fence between properties. See photos. A new fence cannot be erected along the boundary while the tree is there. The tree is extremely unattractive and too large for site. Potential roots damage to drainage system which lies directly below. A replcement will be planted to replace, protentially an acer, cherry or similar - more appropriate in size, and similar to others in the adjoining gardens.
