Rear Garden - Left hand side T1 - Cherry: Remove dominant limb overhanging neighbouring garden back to dominant growth point before main union. Reduce over extended limbs towards rear elevation of the house and over lawn area by approximately 2 metre's of the branch length. Remove major deadwood. Reason: The resident of 3 Highdown Road has had a number of complaints with regards to the limb and the encroachment over their garden. To remove further and future complaints. Reduction of extended lateral limbs to reduce the branch end weight. To reduce the risk of branch failure. T2 Dead Malus: Fell to ground level. The tree is located rear of the rear boundary in the neighbouring garden adjacent to the boundary fence. Reason: The tree is dead and has no future in its condition. To remove the risk of Branch, Limb or complete failure. T3 Gingko: Remove 2x limbs growing towards roof area which has previously been pruned. Remove epicormic growth encroaching to buildings and roof areas. The tree is located in the rear garden to the rear elevation of the building on the right hand side. Reason: To reduce the risk of damage to the branches or building Right of rear boundary in neighbours garden.
