Details of Archaeological Evaluation Report pursuant to condition 16b in relation to Buildings 4-5 of of planning permission dated 12/07/2022 ref 2022/0249 (Variation to Conditions 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 23, 28, 29, 30 and 31 pursuant to planning permission dated 05/12/2019 ref 2017/0745 as amended [Erection of a 25 storey building comprising residential accommodation (with balconies) and ground floor commercial floorspace. Demolition of car showroom on Bridges Court and erection of a five storey building to provide ground floor commercial and office floorspace on first to fourth floors.
