(Split from 2022/3628) Rear of Car Park Right Hand Side: T1- Ash: Remove major dead and deceased wood, lift to 3 meters (Hotel to monitor every 12 months). Lifting the lower crown to 3m to remove the conflict with the sub station, parking bays and to allow more suitable light levels in to the area. The Hotel to monitor the tree for Ash Dieback. Rear of Car Park: T2- Hornbeam: Lift to 3 metres, remove basal and epicormic growth. Lifting of the lower crown and removal of epicormic growth to remove the conflict with the parking bays. To allow more light levels in to the area. Left Hand Side of Car Park: G3- Leylandii: Fell to ground level and stump grind with removal of excess grindings. The trees are in a state of decline with some previous failed branches. The trees have no long term future in their condition. There is risk of further branch or limb failure if retained. Left Hand Side of Hotel - Neighbours Tree T5 - Acacia: Lift over hotel car park to 3 metres and remove deadwood from lowest limb. Lifting the lower crown over the hotel driveway to reduce the conflict with the parking bay. Front Boundary G6 - 4x Field Maples: Reduce length of all branches by up to 1.5 metres ensuring natural shape and balance typical of species is maintained where possible. Lift to 3 metres. Prune to clear signs and lamps. Reduction works are part of a maintenance program to maintain the trees at a suitable size for their location. To reduce the encroachment from the parking bays and public footpath. To allow more suitable vision of street furniture and signs.
