Variation of Conditions 2, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 28, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35 and removal of Condition 14 (Road Safety Audit) attached to planning permission reference 232616 granted 30/01/2026, amended by reference 260391 granted 17/07/2026, to allow for: “ Demolition of existing buildings and construction of buildings ranging between two and six storeys across Sites A and B, comprising 361m2 of Class E commercial floorspace at ground floor and 47 residential units, together with 2 disabled parking spaces, cycle stores, refuse stores and landscaping. ” Amendments to Condition 2 (Approved Plans): Subdivision of the Site B commercial unit into two units and extension of footprint. Reconfiguration of all flats across the ground, first, second, third, fourth and fifth floors. Removal of the Site B sixth floor and raising of the Site B fifth‑floor parapets to the corner block and raising of the second‑floor service yard parapet.
