Listed building consent for repair and refurbishment of West Pavilion building comprising 1) Roof - removal of existing tiles, battens, and underlay, repair or replacement of timber structure, replacement of felt underlay, installation of heritage clay tiles, existing gutters to be replaced. 2) Facades - patched and repainted in existing colour scheme and non-original signage, vents, and lighting to be removed, extract fans added to rear facade, main door refurbished and painted green, existing window frames refurbished with vacuum glazing installed, painted-shut windows made operable with heritage-appropriate locks. 3) External Areas - repair of external verandas, hard surfaces, concrete stairs and yellow stock brick walls to the west of the veranda to be restored and timber balustrading replaced. 4) Internal Areas - internal works including stripping out modern services and finishes, repair of timber floorboards, repair or replacement of joists, re-levelling, insulating and re-finishing floorboards, walls and ceilings to be repaired and re-finished, new toilet and kitchenette installed, MEP systems to be upgraded with obsolete MEP removed.
