Listed building consent for Underpinning and Refurbishment works to include: 1) Demolition – removal of existing concrete floor slab throughout the building, removal of non-structural internal partitions and alterations to existing structural internal partitions; removal of existing windows and doors at rear extension; removal of kitchen and sanitaryware; removal of heating system; removal of external paving and excavation of French drains. 2) Proposed works - construction of external concrete piles and needle beams; insulated solid concrete ground floor, to include localised tanking in flat 6; construction of internal wall partitions, including separating walls; installation of internal wall insulation systems; installation of new windows and doors to the rear elevation; repairs to existing windows and installation of slim-line double glazing to front elevation; re-installation of existing doors with upgraded high-security ironmongery in the front elevation; installation of new gas-heating combi units and ventilation system, to include slate roof vents; installation of new kitchen and sanitaryware; installation of new electrics and power throughout the building; construction of new gullies and French drains; installation of new paved area to match the existing, to include the reinstallation of existing paviours; like for like replacement of existing fence.
