Description

Underpinning and Refurbishment works to include 1) Demolition - removal of internal partitions, removal of existing windows and doors at rear extension, removal of kitchen and sanitaryware, removal of heating system, removal of external paving and excavation of trenches 2) Proposed works - construction of external concrete piles and needle beams, insulated solid ground floor and internal walls, installation of breathable Internal Wall Insulating system, new windows to rear elevation, thermally improved external doors, re-installation of existing doors and windows, new gas-heating combi units and ventilation system, new kitchens and sanitaryware, construction of new gullies and French drain and re-installation of existing paviours.
