Variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) attached to planning permission reference 202881 granted on appeal ref APP/U5930/W/21/3273302 dated 29/11/2021 to allow for the following changes: Relocation of the main entrance door to sit flush with front elevation beneath front canopy. Proposed canopy above main entrance (700mm depth). Removal of the obscure glazed windows from ground floor east elevation. Enlarged bi-folding doors at rear garden terrace. Ground floor layout slightly changed and location of stair amended. Proposed terrace at rear to be suspended, with adjustable pedestals and timber decking. New obscure glazed window added to ground WC under stairs and openable from 1.7m height from floor level. First floor layout slightly changed based on the re-location of ground-to-first floors stair. Removal of windows in the first floor east elevation. Proposed exterior brick banding to walls between ground and first floor levels Proposed rear garden wall slightly amended for accommodating the replanting of tree, as per approved condition 6 of pa ref. 233127. Bay window amendments: - width increased by 160mm from 3190mm to 3350mm - depth increased by 10mm from 890mm TO 900mm – resulting in slight re-location and proposed sloped roof above bay window. Small changes to GIA (Gross Internal Area) due to representation of the walls thickness and relocation of main entrance door.
