Description

Construction of a rear dormer extension to the main roof to facilitate conversion of the second floor floor residential unit from a studio flat into a 1-bedroom flat (Flat 5). Construction of an extension over the existing two storey rear outrigger and first-floor rear extension to Flat 4. Removal of the shopfront and installation of replacement sash windows (x 3) together with alterations to the facade including removal of render and restoration of original brickwork to Flat 1.
