Non-Material Amendment to planning permission reference 220695 granted 09/02/2024 to alter the wording in the decision notice to allow commencement of the development under Section 56 of the Act, by undertaking a small element of demolition of the existing structures, namely, the flue to the south side of the site. Continuing, alter the trigger for ‘pre-commencement’ on the relevant conditions to allow for demolition of the flue without needing these planning conditions to be discharged.
