Works to a tree protected by preservation order. 1 x Lime (T1 of TPO 04/22)- Prune off basal and trunk epicormic growth to main crown break. Sever ivy for later removal (once dead). Crown lift pedunculate branch ends to circa 3m from ground level. Prune back on west side by circa 1-1.5m from adjacent building to suitable growth points. Reduce back branches in a similar fashion from property at 31 Higham Hill Rd E17 and balance remainder in proportion to tree’s original shape.
