Non-Material Amendment to planning permission reference 211244 granted 09/05/2022 to 2021 to change the wording of Condition 31 and 36. The change is required as it has become apparent that accreditation cannot occur prior to occupation therefore the amended timescale will give the Trust, who will be responsible for discharging the condition, enough time to obtain the accreditation without putting the occupation of the MSCP at risk.
