Non-Material Amendment to planning permission reference 202491 granted 21/10/2021 for provision of the following changes: - Increase in height of the brick parapet at the southern edge of the second floor podium, and replacement of the metal balustrade with a glazed balustrade. - Addition of louvres to the façades of the second-floor podium access stairs. - Additional mullions and transoms added to curtain wall panels at the ground, first, and 33rd floors. - Omission of glazing and addition of balustrades to the façade openings around plant areas at the 33rd floor. - Addition of a granite plinth at the base of the terracotta façade at the ground floor. - Addition of ground-floor amenity fire escape doors to the elevation. - Design modification of the wet riser inlet box and access. - Addition of AOVs (Automatic Opening Vents) to ground-floor residential fire escape corridors at the head of the residential fire escape doors. - Replacement of numerous blanking panels at the ground floor with louvred panels. - Replacement of single leaf fire escape doors serving the first-floor amenity space with double leaf doors.
