Non-material amendment to planning permission reference 230208 granted on 7th June 2024 for the demolition of the existing building and construction of new buildings ranging from 3 to 6 storeys to provide commercial floorspace (Use Class E); student accommodation, public realm and amenity spaces; refuse and recycling facilities; cycle parking; servicing, plant; highway improvements and other associated works. Effect of the amendment would be the following: 1. Basement size revised to optimise MEP layout; and 2. Core flipped from B01 to L05; and 3. New fire escape routes (x2) add to the ground level; and 4. New design for the entrance/office/amenity area at ground level; and 5.
