Description

Creation of new station entrance to A112 High Road Leyton, adjacent to the existing entrance, to include new ticketing facilities and gate line. Installation of lift and stair access including new over-bridge between platforms. Alterations to existing wall on platform 2 to improve access, alterations to existing locally listed, platform canopies. Proposed accommodation block to platform 2, including provision for relocated accommodation. Retention of existing station entrance and stairs to provide a secondary means of escape. Refurbishment of the existing station facade, comprising escape doors to existing entrance, removal of existing roundels and station name on canopy. Proposed roundel with spire, facade mounted on new northwest station entrance wall.
