Description

Installation of an enlarged shop front (within existing roof line) and construction of low level brick plinth at south east elevation. Installation of a shop front with new entrance, partial demolition and reconfiguration of existing canopy and installation of a new canopy, construction of low level brick plinth at south west elevation. Installation of a shop front, reduction in size to existing canopy and installation of a canopy and reconfiguration of access doors at north west elevation. Associated work(s) to include installation of access ramps, installation of 1.1m railings, installation of Sheffield cycle stands, installation of maintenance stairs. All works in connection with the amalgamation of existing units, to facilitate the creation of two retail units (Use Class E) with circulation areas.
