Variation of condition 7 ( Access-Building Control Regs) attached to planning permission reference 203987 granted 23/03/2022 to change the wordings to “ The four dwellinghouses shall be constructed to The Building Regulations (2010) Access to and use of Buildings, Approved Document M (2015 as amended), Volume 1: Dwellings, M4(2): Accessible and adaptable dwellings as far as practicable. Prior to occupation the four dwellinghouses shall be provided to the achievable standards set down in at M4(2) of the Building Regulations and thereafter retained as such for the lifetime of the development.
