Nonimaterial Amendment to planning permission reference 222083 granted 20th January 2023 involving introduction of an entrance canopy to the main elevation on Block B and ventilation louvres on the upper ground glazing serving the commercial units and the doors to the bin stores and plant areas. In addition, the changes include minor adjustments to the brick panels to substitute a number of areas of vertical brick orientation with horizontal stretcher bonds, height increase of pedestrian gates, changes to swing gates for the gates in the vehicular courtyard, construction of new steps to the north of the site, slight addition of height to the cycle stores (by 350 mm) and slight increase of rooftop plant enclosures on Blocks B and C (to meet plant requirements), an adjustment to the stair to the roof of Block B, fitting the cycle entrance with a single door, minor alterations to the balustrades to the terraces at brick recesses and a re-adjustment to the external staircase to meet manufacturer’s requirements.
