Description

Change of use of the Highway Land at Mission Grove from green space to a temporary mixed use office, storage and distribution facility (Use Classes E(g)(i))/B8). Installation of two stacked containers with access staircase (Each container measuring 20ft x 8ft) comprising temporary office space on the ground floor and canteen/welfare provision on the first floor. Installation of three 40ft containers to provide storage space (Use Class B8) and an awning/canopy to provide shelter for outdoor working and cycle parking, reinstatement of a dropped kerb to allow vehicular access and WC facility. Proposed hours of operation are Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 17:00.
