Non-material amendment to approved application 23/00293/FUL (The erection of 126 Dwellings, associated car parking, garages, vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access; public open space, landscaping and drainage infrastructure and the formation of new pedestrian//cycleway between Bedford Farm Cresent and Hare Park Lane) to split apart the garages to plots 86 & 87 and introduce a retaining wall between the driveways, correct the roof arrangements on the site layout plan for the Delmont and Lockton housetypes, to increase the size of the double garage for plot 126 double and to move the garage of plot 1 north by 1.5m.
