Variation of condition no. 2 (approved plans) pursuant to Planning Permission ref. 22/02587/FUL [Site enabling works consisting of hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, new access and associated parking] dated 04.05.2023. The proposed variation seeks to amend proposals for the southern boundary that connects Wentworth Street and Leeds Road ONLY. The intention is to replace part of the dwarf wall with railing over, with full height railing only to allow the removal of a length of existing dwarf wall that has extensive damage. This will replicate the railing proposed [and as approved] railing on North Road.
