Non Material Amendment to approved application 18/00390/FUL (Variation of conditon 1 (plans list) of application 16/02065/REM to replace drawing PG-2016-110 REVF with drawing PG-2016-110 REV U to make amendments to the house types and layouts of plots 136 - 142 (plots 138 - 143 upon drawing PG-2016-110 REVF)). Proposal includes amendments to the footpath arrangement at the junction of Ruby Street/Sintering Crescent and the location of the footpath connection to the adjacent development in accordance with the approved S38 plan.
