Non-material amendment to approved application 23/01489/FUL, dated 29.11.2023 (Part redevelopment of Carleton High School including: part demolition, the erection of a new 3 storey teaching building and 2 external canopies, refurbishment of existing sports hall, reconfiguration of external sports provision and installation of new multi-use games area, provision of photovoltaic panels and associated landscaping) to permit Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) moved towards the boundary line, PV layout adjusted to accommodate revised location of ASHP, Landscape specifications amended to bring it in line with the revised BNG, LEMP and BRES, MUGA pitch size and marking adjusted to suit Sport England requirements , main building elevations updated with minor changes to some window configurations with louvre and spandrel panels, Cladding on the sports hall changed, parapet level increased by 50mm and change to the wording of conditions 2, 3, 7, 10 and 11 to reference the correct drawings.
