Non-material amendment to approved application 22/01209/FUL dated 11.07.2023 (Replan of City Fields Phase 3B (approved under 18/01802/FUL) including minor amendment to internal layout, construction of 29 additional dwellings taking overall total within this phase to 202 dwellings and substitution of house types) [as amended by 22/01209/NMC01 which comprised a revision to the site layout plan to denote plot 53 as a grant funded affordable property with associated updates to the accommodation schedule table and drawings and variation to conditions 2, 28 and 29 to insert the updated drawing references] comprising the inclusion of a timber knee rail fence to bound the POS area together with the variation of condition 2 (approved plans) to insert the revised plan.
