Non Material Amendment to UTT/20/0422/FUL - Plots 5-6 moved south 0.9m to allow greater space for parking area to North. Plots 5, 6 and 7 parking arrangement altered to suit new car park rearrangement. New cark park for sports field reconfigured to suit reduction in area following incorporation of the topographical survey for the Northern watercourse. Add a Arboricultural Impact Assessment and tree protection plan to the approval for the trees in the previously unsurveyed area. Changing fascias soffits and bargeboards to white in lieu of grey on Plots 3-6 and 9-10 - 2B4P
