Description

Non material amendment to UTT/23/2006/FUL - relocate PTW bays from adjacent to disabled bays to near the delivery bay. Technical change to the septic tank, manhole locations, pipework, remaining in the rear part of the site with the design principles remaining the same. Amendment to the bellmouth following Section 278 discussions with Essex County Council. Updates to landscape plan and boundary treatment plan to reflect the revised site layout, including retaining walls.
