Non Material Amendment to UTT/24/1725/HHF - change materials from external render to Slatted Composite Cladding in Oak. Cladding to be installed to the whole of the newly built extension and the ground floor of the front of the house to cover the exposed brickwork (where the garage was converted to a study). Cladding will be installed to cover the ground floor area not just the study conversion.
