S73 application to vary condition 10 of UTT/25/0366/FUL (Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (approved plans) of appeal decision APP/C1570/W/23/3333029 for UTT/23/2239/FUL - Proposed erection of 3 no. holiday let cottages). Proposed variation of condition 10 from "The development shall be occupied as holiday accommodation only and shall not be occupied as a sole or main place of residence or by any persons for a period exceeding 3 months in any calendar year. An up-to-date register shall be kept at the holiday accommodation hereby permitted and be made available for inspection by the local planning authority upon request. The register shall contain details of the names of all of the occupiers of the accommodation, their main home addresses and their date of arrival and departure from the accommodation. REASON: For clarity and to preserve the character and appearance of the area, in accordance with policies S7 and GEN2 of the adopted Uttlesford Local Plan (2005), and the National Planning Policy Framework (2024)" into "The development shall be occupied as holiday accommodation or within Use Classes E(a), E(c), E(d), E(e), E(f) and E (g)(i), E(g)(ii) and shall not be occupied as a sole or main place of residence or by any persons for a period exceeding 6 months in any calendar year.
