S73 application to vary condition 34 (Part M building regulations) of UTT/23/2707/FUL (Proposed erection of 36 no. dwellings including 40% affordable housing and two bungalows (revised scheme to UTT/19/0022/OP approved under appeal ref APP/C1570/W/19/3242024 & UTT/22/2519/DFO))- amend the wording of the condition 34 to state that plots 03 and 04 are to be M4(1) compliant as opposed to M4(2) compliant, while all other plots that are to be M4(2)/(3) compliant can remain so.
