Non material amendment to UTT/20/1802/FUL - 1. Confirmation that main surface material to all steeper pitched roof slopes to be natural slates as illustrated on earlier approved drawings and schedule of materials approval. 2. Minor internal alterations to suit developing detail design. The changes respect the constraints and preserve the requirements of the initial heritage appraisal and deal with access to bedroom 2, subdivision of utility room to create plant room, entry position and layout of bedroom 1 and adjacent welfare facilities. Door positions to bathrooms and bedrooms 3 and 4. Omission of pantry enclosure, door entry position to living room.
