Proposed internal works including; removal of 4mm ply panelling, rotten uprights to point of solid material and rotten sole plates. Replace sole plates with 4x4 inch green oak lapped on joins and corners. Splice in uprights with 4x3 inch green oak using stainless steel fixings. Treatment of all existing accessible timbers then 6mm ply fixed over the timber uprights with mouldings over joints. Alternatively plasterboard and skim walls.
