Description

Removal of two gas boilers and removal of two hot water cylinders from the first and second floor. Installation of two ground source heat pumps, installation of a hot water cylinder and buffer cylinder in the cellar. Proposed drilling of 2no. bore holes. Raise the height of a basement beam and raising height of part of the cellar to create plant room. Replacement of modern, wooden, open tread staircase with a narrower, steeper one.
