Description

Article 18 consultation from Salford City Council in respect of PA/2025/0375 (Listed Building Consent for repairing the elements of the building that require conservation and improvements to security and MEP systems. The works comprise, replacing windows with a form more closely resembling the original design, recreating the lost chimney, external masonry repairs and repointing, electrical upgrades, upgrades to internal WC, asbestos removal, stripping and relaying the roof, external island paving replacement and roof replacement to island outbuildings.
