Internal works include reconfiguration of existing bathroom at first floor and creation of bathroom at second floor with re-use of existing joinery). To amend approved plans for various alterations: downpipes to extension to be externally mounted, flat rooflights to be altered to aid construction and detailing of roof and minimise disruption to existing building. Boiler flue repositioned, grille to be relocated on wall of extension.
