Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 for variation of condition 2 on planning permission 100428/LBC/20 (Listed Building Consent for demolition of the derelict one-storey porch, sheds and two-storey rear extension within in the rear yard and the shed adjoining the south east & south west elevations. Construction of two single-storey extensions within the rear yard adjoining the south east elevation and re-building of yard wall. Works also include re-roofing of main roof; repairs to chimneys and roof structure, installation of one rooflight to south east roof slope; re-roofing and alteration of two bay windows to north west elevation; replacement of rainwater goods; consolidation of south east elevation at first floor; replacement of cornice to north west elevation; repair and replacement of windows; associated landscaping works; alterations to vehicular access and associated boundary wall including erection of new gate and alteration to existing boundary treatment adjoining north east elevation. Internal works include reconfiguration of existing bathroom at first floor and creation of bathroom at second floor with re-use of existing joinery). To amend approved plans for various alterations: downpipes to extension to be externally mounted, flat rooflights to be altered to aid construction and detailing of roof and minimise disruption to existing building. Boiler flue repositioned, grille to be relocated on wall of extension.
