Description

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for variation of condition 2 (approved plans) on planning permission 110243/VAR/23 which was for variation of condition 3 of planning permission 106777/FUL/21 (Erection of two units (Use Class B2 and B8 with ancillary Use Class E(g) floorspace), with the provision of associated infrastructure including service yards, car parking, cycle and waste storage, landscaping and new access point off George Richards Way following demolition of the existing structures) to amend the approved plans to align the site plan to S278/38 approval, increase of the Solar PV area and rooflights, omission of the eaves and verge overhang along with the external downpipes, omission of personnel door to Unit 1 Southern Elevation and addition of a personnel door to Unit 2 Northern Elevation.).
