Application for a Non Material amendment to planning permission 103044/VAR/21 to substitute the location of the bin store and substation, to increase size of proposed substation door, amendment to the Block A entrance, setting the access doors further into the building, removal of lower ground floor window on Block A, and installation of door and stairs to provide stepped access to ground floor level, extend the water tank room to accommodate a larger sprinkler tank, relocate the cycle storage, car parking space will be lost, and relocated in the parking allocated for Block D, reconfiguration of car parking layout, and the demarcation of four motor cycle spaces and three electric vehicle charging points [EVPC].
