Description

The proposed refurbishment and reconfiguration of existing office accommodation, and the addition of MVHR units and air-conditioning units. External works include the addition of new windows and ventilation openings, alterations to provide upper ground floor access to the rear garden via new external stair, replacement of the Magdalen Passage doors to the garden and waste store, repairs and refurbishment of the building fabric and windows. Internal works include the removal of intrusive modern alterations and non-original partitions, building services upgrades, accessibility improvements, and refurbishment of historic fabric. The rear garden and front court yard spaces shall also be reconfigured to function as amenity spaces. Along with the works described here there shall be other miscellaneous associated items of work.
