Description

Proposal to include: Demolition of garden outbuilding and conservatory. Partial rebuild of flank wall and insertion of wall ties as detailed in the attached structural report. Restoration and uplift of historic shop front to street elevation. Enlargement of front and rear lightwells with works to existing openings and the installation of timber French doors. Partial blocking up of historic flank entrance to main body of the house and insertion of a new timber sash window. New flank timber sash window to ground floor street flank of outrigger. Reinstating street flank entrance to garden and installation of brick arch and stepped brickwork. Insertion of timber French door and window to the rear of the outrigger. Conversion of current pitched roof to a mansard roof to match the neighbouring property with associated parapet to street facing flank wall. Internal reconfigurations including moving the kitchen, opening up the ground floor and lifting the existing basement opening.
