Temporary use of Victoria Park for up to 75 days a year for commercial / festival events (including music festivals) and the construction/deconstruction of such festival sites. Involving the installation and de-installation of temporary infrastructure including fencing, stages, lighting, public address (PA) systems and other temporary structures and ancillary worksThe 75-day period shall include a maximum of the following event days:8 commercial event days of up to 50,000 people.4 commercial days of up to 40,000 people.8 free-to-access community event days of up to 20,000The temporary period applied for is 6 years.
